Corruption Becoming the New Abnormal
Are We Controlled by a Government Consumed by Corruption?
Editor: In Chubby Checker’s old song Limbo Rock, he sings ‘How low can you go.” Apparently, with the overthrow of our Republic, the triumph of corruption, along with the ascendancy of socialism, we have hit rock bottom.
Joseph D. Leatherwood presents us another edition of “The War We Are In,” an eye-opening article titled “The Primacy of Corruption. Let’s see exactly how low we have descended as a nation.
The Primacy of Corruption
This nation is in crisis, and the crisis grows deeper and more disconcerting with each day. In the space of only days, we have witnessed the finishing touches on a coup d’état effectuated via a permanent coup (color revolution).
This permanent coup became operational in the summer of 2015 when a liberty-based candidate came down the escalator announcing his run for the presidency. It climaxed in a Pearl Harbor-type event, an institutional and systemic attack upon the most sacred of civic institutions – the vote. This seminal attack obliterated any notion America is a Republic where the government is obedient to the Constitution and the rule of law or any pretense it adheres to democratic principles.
The attack was a purposeful act of war carried out by a broad coalition of socialists, corporatists, globalists, and mercantilists to re-establish their hegemonic power over this nation and its sovereignty. Neatly integrated into the fibers of this coalition are the CCP and other international socialists. This coalition cares nothing about making America great again or keeping America great; it cares about political power and its constructive application.
To cover up this act of war, the Reich Ministry has continued its considerable disinformation campaign of suppressing the First Amendment, itself an act of war. It propagandized relentlessly there was no election fraud, nothing to see here, declaring Trump’s claims were themselves fraudulent, crazy, and deranged. This cover gave RINOs the necessary cover to break with DJT and pronounce to the world; there was no proven election fraud.
An Act of War
The congress meeting in joint session certified an act of war against this nation and conferred power to a demented old crook as socialist-of-the-chair. This final act of treason, and that is what it is, was carried out against the backdrop of a so-called insurrection led by DJT, providing these reprobates a dramatic, some thought “heroic,” setting and reason for confirming the installation of a socialist government in America. The coup d’état was certified, the Republic overthrown, corruption triumphed, criminality affirmed, and socialism installed.
This nation has been under judgment for many years now. This past election was another of the markers demonstrating the further decline of this nation. O, the judgment is not my judgment or that of men. We are under judgment from God Almighty.
This nation is the leading provocateur of murder in the world, at least until China joined in the practice. This nation, led by New York, instituted the murder of children in the womb in 1970, and since then, the practice has spread like wildfire worldwide. While abortion was practiced around the globe, it was nonetheless uncommon. It was the USA who openly sanctioned the murder of its children, protecting that right via so-called law (actually a court opinion) and forcing the taxpayer to fund the practice both in the nation and world-wide under the guise of “Planned Parenthood.”
Reflect for a moment, this nation had long been under the blessing of God in its long struggle to (a) allow the consent of the governed to rule their government, the Republic, (b) to allow individuals to pursue their inalienable rights of “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” and (c) throw off the sin of slavery.
Corruption and the Divorce from the Constitution
But now we have a government, divorced from the Constitution, the rule of law, and conducting itself as a dictatorship. It openly, daily flaunts its dictatorial power ignoring the consent of the governed, even threatening those who criticize them. The destruction of life has been resumed on an industrial scale as the old coot and this government restored the funding of murder of our children.
Liberty-based systems are now under attack. Capitalism must be reimagined; religion is condemned as institutionalized bigotry, citizens with a certain view have no rights to speak, petition, worship, or file grievances against their government; indeed, we are left to ask, ‘do we have any constitutional protections?’ Instead of the rejection of slavery, this government is bent on imposing a collective slavery through socialism. This regime rejects the central tenets this nation was founded on and achieved.
The great sin of the Liberty-based candidate and his movement was to try and restore elements of the ancient regime built on life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; those who overthrew the Republic, those who deposed his presidency, those who condemn his movement and followers have deposed the essence of America. They reject America.
The nation is now living under a government consumed by corruption and proud of being a purveyor of darkness. The current government is an abomination to the American people, the Constitution, the rule of law, and the values, beliefs, and traditions of this nation.
Political and Psychological Realities
Given these political and philosophical realities and the “wizards of smart” leading such endeavors demonstrate the great faults and infirmities associated with both the “theories” and personnel.
Let us be perfectly blunt upfront, the current political and philosophical realities of our times have been in the process of ‘becoming’ for decades, and with each passing decade, their failure has only been magnified. Socialism, communism, fascism, syndicalism, Fabianism, progressivism, “liberalism,” et al., are demonstrable failures no matter where they have been implemented, and those executing the installation of such systems have proven to be incompetent and criminal. There are no exceptions to that maxim.
The question becomes how can these political and philosophical realities, these dystopian nightmares, survive, that is, how do they survive given their atrocious record of performance? Indeed, how have they taken root in our nation to the point, they now control our government?
What Happened to ‘We the People?’
For decades, ‘We the People’ prided ourselves on the notion that we operated under a system of self-government where those we elected as our representatives, from the local level up to the federal system, would reflect our world view and operate within the covenant known as the Constitution and the rule of law. We handed over our trust to these people in the belief they would govern based on our view. Within our system, there was always the compulsion to limit the power of the government through our elected representatives; and periodic elections allowed for that constant adjustment to “throw the rascals out.” But as we have discovered rather dramatically over the past few years is these representatives, so-called, have now taken up to pursuing their self-interest over the interest of ‘We the People.’ So invested are our representatives in this newfound self-interest that they have devised mechanisms for protecting themselves, their families, and their cronies. So, ubiquitous are the mechanisms that there is now an “institutionalist” system providing protection for these people.
They campaign openly among us for our votes claiming they are for America First, most espousing those values, beliefs, and traditions that underlie our daily lives. When they are walking down main street, they are super-patriots. They tell us how much they are just like us and have been raised up from the great sea of our community and reflect our views. All claim to be constitutionalists, even a Nancy Pelosi, and protectors of the Republic. They tell us they will do all manner of good and stand up for the American people. Balderdash!
Corruption, Lies and Socialism
They have discovered they can cynically exploit the system by fooling enough of the population to believe their lies; so, they perpetuate themselves in office, allowing them to pursue their own best self-interest. They have become tied to the institutional interests of the State, therein, Statism (socialism) has become their guiding philosophy of governance and what they now seek to protect and defend is not the Constitution and the rule of law, but the government, the permanent government (bureaucracy) and the livelihoods they derive from it. Our representatives have willfully betrayed our trust in pursuit of power and wealth. This betrayal is on view every time we re-elect them. They raise their right hand, place their left on the Bible, and pledge to protect and defend the Constitution. Do not be fooled; to these criminals, these are now only words to be recited and then ignored. The super-patriot on main street is the statist in the halls of the congress, the legislature, or on the council.
The two greatest enemies of individualism, individual liberty and liberty-based systems are political careerism and corruption, e.g., criminal enrichment. Both lead to a collective mentality, the drive to protect each other and the system from which they derive their booty. Those are the central incentives of and for permanent government, which our “representatives” exploit with great enthusiasm.
This is how these corrupt, criminal political and philosophical realities survive; they coopt and entice. It is why dystopian systems as in Europe, Russia, China, and around the world stay in power. It is why the United States of America was recognized as an exceptional nation – at one time, we rooted out the corrupt and the criminal elements – living within our Constitutional Covenant, enforcing the rule of law, and applying the rule of law equally.
The Atrocious Record of Statism
Now we see the atrocious record of performance by this reactionary system (Statism) being covered up even celebrated with each new wave of crisis washing over the seas (the people); the endless calls for greater government control (authoritarianism); and “great complexities” associated with each, which only those causing such crises understand, e.g., an incompetent like Anthony Fauci or crooks like Joe Biden or Kamala Harris.
The dystopianism we are about to experience reflects this collectivist mentality and the socialist statist model that has failed mankind since the days of Nimrod; the government creates each new crisis in response to the failed policies designed to cure the last crisis. It is the perpetual model of crises, exploited by all socialists throughout history. This is the government we have today. In the space of four months, we have gone from a liberty-based administration trying its best to bring back elements of the ancient regime – liberty and liberty-based systems – to the re-installation of a socialist dictatorship (hegemony).
Reactionary Forces Prevail
The reactionary forces of the world have prevailed, and they prevailed with the assistance of our representatives, so-called. So corrupt is our government that even those we thought would stand with Trump, with us, and the Constitution, abandoned us to protect and defend the State, the permanent government, rather than the Constitution, the rule of law, and equal protection. By defending and protecting the State, they were protecting and defending their own self-interest. This government is a rotting, stinking carcass; it has become little more than a European-style socialist parliament rewarding the most corrupt with the intent of targeting and destroying its enemies. And now we are discovering the depth of that corruption and continuing infiltration of the Trump Administration. The State was so paranoid, so fearful of losing its own power; it used elements of the State to spy on and stymie the efforts to clean up its corruption and criminality. Be it Bill Barr or some other institutionalists; we are looking at the likes of a John Cornyn calling for opening the border or a Marco Rubio proposing gun-control measures based on some government bureau deciding who and who cannot own a firearm based on some arbitrary “designation?”
Corruptive, Corrosive Socialism (Statism)
Statism, socialism, is corrosive, so corrosive, in fact, it corrupts everything and everyone it touches through its temptations of empowerment and enrichment. With each new crisis, the socialists assume greater power, and with greater power comes greater riches. Socialists covet power, they covet wealth, and they covet prestige; they no more care about the people than do the snails in your garden.
Socialists are about moral narcissism, telling you how to live your life and imposing a collective slavery and self-aggrandizement (power, wealth, and prestige). To those ends, they exploit the government as the means to each. You know how corrupt and criminal government is by the number of corrupt, criminal socialists “administering” it. Washington, D.C., State Capitols across the fruited plains, and county seats are overrun with them.
Your Constitution is no more; your Republic is no more. Instead of your government protecting your constitutional rights, you now must fight for their restoration. Those now ensconced in power seek exploitation and imposition; they care nothing about your consent. They care even less about your “rights” or your “liberties.” They are far more about protecting and defending themselves, to get what’s coming to them, and the source of their power and wealth “the government.”
