Conservative Warrior: When I hit the sack on the night of the election, it seemed as if President Trump was soaring to victory. When I awoke in the morning, I was shocked by the quick turnaround in Michigan and Wisconsin. The Biden-Harris ticket was marching to victory. What the heck happened? Did purposeful actions on the part of radical groups result in ballot-box stuffing?

Jim Rickards reported that “When you are stuffing the ballot box, you first wait to see what the “regular” vote is so that you know how many votes you “need” to push your candidate over the top. That seems to be happening now.

In Wisconsin, over 100,000 Biden votes appeared seemingly out of nowhere on a flash drive delivered by hand from a Democratic district. That puts Biden ahead in Wisconsin, but litigation is sure to follow.

Likewise, a huge “absentee ballot” dump appeared in Michigan that heavily favored Biden. The absentee ballot level greatly exceeded past elections, raising suspicions of fraud. (Absentee ballots are different from “mail-in” ballots in the sense that they are handled directly by town clerks rather than mass counting centers, making them more subject to litigation). Again, the potential for challenges and litigation is high.”

Purposeful Actions Destroying Our Republic

They stuffed the ballot box with millions of illegal ballots across the nation, purposely targeting Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, Erie, Pennsylvania, Detroit, Michigan, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Las Vegas, Nevada, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Phoenix, Arizona.

Beyond stuffing ballots, the criminal conspirators engaged in a massive scheme to manipulate the vote via the voting machines’ software. There is now empirical evidence collaborated by witnesses that millions of votes were changed by the software on what many once thought were vaunted, honest voting machines. Do not trust voting machines folks!

It was in these key battleground states known for their notorious election fraud and their porously vulnerable security that America, our republic, has come under its most dangerous attack ever. We are now in a battle that will determine our future as a nation, all centered on socialist-run governments, all hostile to the President, and all ruled over by petite totalitarians.

Corrupt elected officials and bureaucrats in these states, in cahoots with the National Socialist Party, its operatives, the Reich Ministry (media), and other nefarious actors (voting machine vendors and others), undertook purposeful actions to deny their citizens an open, fair, and honest election in an attempt to acquire power by defeating DJT. That is the Who and the Why.

Socialists Take Purposeful Actions to Gain Political Power

For the socialists, the means do not matter; it is the end – political power. Do not doubt me; this is the largest fraud (attack) ever perpetrated against this nation, exposing another corrupt criminal conspiracy carried out against DJT rivaling, perhaps superseding, the Russia Hoax and that treasonous conspiracy. What we are being forced to live through is shameful. We are being forced to live through it because of the purposeful actions of a corrupt, criminal faction in this nation who seeks to overthrow our Republic and suspend our rights and install socialism.

All these battleground states engaged in an experiment none of them had any knowledge in. The battleground states, outside of absentee voting, had no experience at conducting an election through massive mail-in balloting. But not to fear, along came the National Socialist Party with a cadre of corrupt operatives, equally corrupt voting machine vendors, and plenty of cash to conspire with corrupt local elected officials and bureaucrats, convincing them to do it anyway.

The purposeful actions were instigated at the behest of the National Socialist Party, and they were carried out through litigation state-by-state by socialist advocatus, e.g., shysters like Clintonite socialist Marc Elias. The purposeful actions were to flood massive numbers of mail-in ballots into the marketplace – knowing full well how corrupt their voter registration files were, that is, not cleaned up.

Months and even days before the election, these socialist advocatus went into the courts to change the rules of the game not by legislating but by going around the legislatures and state election law. In some cases, these changes were made even as the vote was underway. All these purposeful actions were predicated on the supposed threat of the Chinese Communist Party Virus, a complete and utter fraud on its face.

The Mail-In Ballot Scheme

The socialist shysters argued mail-in ballots would protect the citizens, but what it really did was “scare” them into a further pacification, viz., keeping them shut up in their homes. Their arguments not only brought about massive mail-in balloting (voting) in open violation of their state election laws; they changed almost everything about voting. All of this was adjudicated through state courts, the purpose of which was to undermine any pretense of an open, fair, honest, and observable election in these battleground states. In fact, most of these court-ordered changes came straight out of Nancy Pelosi’s socialist wish list presented to the House, one of which was to nationalize mail-in balloting.

In effect, their purposeful actions set up a totally separate voting system – unique only to mail-in ballots – in clear violation of law: (1) violation of the equal protection clause, (2) sanction what amounts to mail fraud, and (3) allowance for election racketeering.

For mail-in balloting, they changed ballot security protocols, counting procedures, eliminated ballot chain of custody requirements, and illegally elongated the voting period before and after election day. Mail-in balloters were given extended days to vote and arrive after election day—these purposeful actions set in place a system where there were no verifications or limits whatsoever.

Defining the Legal Ballot

Compare this to citizens voting in-person or by absentee. These are the safety and security protocols:

The citizen must adhere to a date-certain, time-certain deadline – election day – voting early in-person, voting in-person or by absentee must be accomplished on or before election day and no later than say 7:00 PM election day. They must prove who they are by ID (in-person) or by signature on file for comparison. In-person voters must sign the poll list, swearing they are who they are. The election judge at the poll site must provide them with a ballot – signed by the judge. The citizen then chooses a voting booth where they mark their ballot. Once marked, they must place the ballot in the ballot box. The absentee voter must provide a signature for comparison by (a) having a signature on file or (b) signing the receipt envelop provided in the ballot envelope. In some states, absentee voters must witness or notary witness their signature before sending it in by mail or by delivery to their respective elections department.

In summary, no matter how it is voted, a legal ballot requires safety protocols to protect the integrity of the vote. A ballot must have a postmark or frank or date voted, e.g., no later than election day. A signature of the voter must accompany it and that signature must be authenticated by a witness (election judge) or verified against a signature on file, e.g., absentee ballots require this. A ballot must have a chain of custody from the moment the voter signs for it to the voting machine to the ballot box to the location where votes are aggregated (tabulated). It must include the voter’s signature on the poll lists and the judge’s name on the ballot to verify it is an official ballot. In some cases of absentee ballots, the ballot must be signed and witnessed.

Lawlessness in the Battleground States

Compare these protocols to what unfolded in these battleground states. Obviously, there were two separate voting systems at work, two separate elections going on – one rooted in lawlessness and one rooted in the rule of election law. One where fraud ran rampant and was rewarded and one where protocols protected the integrity of the vote.

The lawless model saw people in some locations get as many as 18 ballots at their homes (apartments). In one location, a report showed where one person voted eight separate mail-in ballots, bragged about it to the Reich ministry, and both laughed about it and thought nothing wrong in what he had done. In many areas, socialist operatives scavenged locations (paid, of course) to harvest ballots. They scurried from home-to-home to “assist” those who chose to be pacified, quartered away in fear. Other corrupt operatives camped out at senior citizen homes or community centers to harvest their votes (ballots). There are reports; there were locations where stacks of “mail-in” ballots were processed in mass as needed to provide the necessary numbers to overcome republicans. In these reports, the ballots showed no down-ballot voting, only a single vote for the corrupt Joe Biden. But the criminality does not stop with these violations of security and safety protocols.

Election results in these states were dependent on (1) how massively they could stuff the ballot box with illegal mail-in ballots and (2) how much they needed to manipulate voting machine software. It is in these locations where America may cease being America. Instead of bullets, our enemies may have successfully used illegal mail-in ballots and voting machines to kill us as a people and as a nation. O, we stood up and voted in record numbers, only to have these reprobates stuff the ballot-box days later (after election day) or manipulate the voting machines. In reality, we do not know how many legal votes were cast, and we may never know.

Extremists Take Purposeful Actions to Overthrow Our Republic

We are experiencing an attempt by extremists in this nation (internal enemy) to overthrow our Republic, and they are willing to use any means necessary to achieve that end, including cheating. The battle for America took place, but we who obeyed the rule of election law were ambushed by corrupt elected officials and “bureaucrats” in these battleground election departments where mail-in ballots were accepted without question, without adhering to security or safety protocols.

For the experienced election judge, observing the “counting” that was going on in these election departments by bureaucrats exposed wide-spread criminality. Unknowingly, the Reich Ministry, with their video feeds documented there were (1) no counting procedures observed (except ad hoc methods) and (2) little in the way of documenting ballot chain of custody. While failing to observe basic security and safety protocols, the criminality of the lawless model was and is even more egregious once ballots arrived at these election centers for tabulation.

In-Person Voting: The Legal Counting Process

The legal counting process coming from an in-person election-day or early voting site includes the following. A definite chain of custody must be established when delivering the vote (ballots) to a tabulation center. Where is the vote (ballots) coming from, e.g., precinct, must be documented? Who is the presiding election judge? Who is delivering the ballots (vote) if the person is different from the judge? The judge must provide a worksheet(s) showing the activity at the polling site. A count is conducted and documented to ensure the worksheet showing the polling site count and the number of ballots cast (delivered) agrees. This is an affirmation of the vote for the judge’s polling site (precinct). The vote is in. The judge is given a receipt of this transaction – documenting the chain of custody has been handed off to the tabulation center. During this counting process, there is both a republican and socialist observer (poll watcher) present.

NOTE: I will not address the manipulation of the voting machine software in this article. However, I will cover that in a follow-up article. But now, let us assume the in-person election day and early vote ballots are “legal’ at this time for the sake of this exposition.

Absentee Ballots: Legal Counting Process

The county elections department receives the ballots by mail or hand-delivered. Each ballot is stamped with a date received. They are stored and processed according to state law. The persons processing the ballot are noted on a worksheet and are known as a team. The number of persons processing the absentee ballot may include up to three observers: a republican, a socialist, and a counter (the counter keeps notes of how ballots were processed). Also note, in some states, two observers are deemed sufficient to process absentee ballots, but a worksheet must be maintained between them, and there must be an observer from each party. An aside, most counties across the nation, by law, have a ballot committee made up of equal numbers of Republicans and socialists to oversee this counting process.

A batch of absentee ballots, normally 50, are delivered to a team and a number is assigned to this batch. The ballot’s postmark (frank) and the date received by the elections department are recorded on the worksheet. The ballot envelope is unsealed. From inside, the receipt envelope is removed. The receipt envelope is opened and the voted ballot is taken out. Note: all three elements: the ballot envelope, the receipt envelope, and the ballot are all considered to be the whole ballot (evidence of voting). Three separate stacks are established: ballot envelope, receipt envelope, and ballot. The ballot sequence number (on the ballot) must be recorded on the worksheet, ballot envelope, and receipt envelope. At this time, the signature on the ballot is compared to the signature on the receipt envelope or the signature on file or in the witness block on the ballot. They must be the same or deemed to be substantially the same by the observers. If there is a disagreement, the ballot and all accompanying envelopes are put into another batch for adjudication. After following this procedure through the entire stack of ballots, the ballots are processed by tabulating machines. Ballots may be marked using a variety of pens (pencils).

This process established a clear chain of custody for the absentee ballot from the moment it was dropped off or arrived by mail at the county election department to the time it is counted. This is the basic process and counting procedures that should have been followed for all mail-in ballots.

Purposeful Actions Corrupt Counting Process for Mail-In Ballots

So, what was the counting process for mail-in ballots in these battleground states? No chain of custody was observed or established. Postmarks were not required or observed; many mail-in ballots arrived days after election day and counted. Signatures were not required. If there was a signature, no verification was conducted. Where signatures were “verified,” like in Nevada, the scanning machine comparing signatures was set so low (comparison error) as to reject no ballot. The ballot envelope, receipt envelope, and ballot were separated and, in most cases, not kept together (batch) as a legal ballot. Envelopes, part of the evidence proving someone voted and as a means of maintaining a chain of custody was discarded. There were no observer teams made up of republicans and socialists. There were in most cases no observers, no poll watchers, nor where they allowed if they showed up to participate. There were only bureaucrats designated as “counters” who observed no counting procedures at all. They were given a stack of ballots, and they tore open the envelopes, threw the envelope away and proceeded to stack the ballot for processing.

Boxes of Ballots Mysteriously Appear

Over election night and days after, boxes of ballots mysteriously showed up at election centers to be counted, most lacking any verifications, chain of custody, place of origin, all in violation of election law, and all of them voting for the contemptible corrupt criminal socialist Biden, e.g., 138,000 showed up at 4:00 am in Detroit alone. This is sad because we have a faction in this nation so consumed with the acquisition of power and its application, they will literally tear down the system to obtain it – they cheated and did it overtly – right in front of our eyes. There were no legal ballots counted in this entire process. That does not mean there were no legal ballots in all those ballots; it simply means we cannot know how many given the lack of security and safety protocols and the dismal counting procedures – all of which violated basic election laws and the integrity of the vote.

If these results are thrown out, as the court should do, feel no sorrow for these people, for they allowed this to happen to themselves, and many were willing to let it happen to our nation. Those who are not fit to govern themselves will be governed by petite totalitarian tyrants. Those who voted for them must be rejected because of their incompetence, their attempt at cheating the electoral process and their criminality. All these illegal ballots in mass, in Georgia, in Pennsylvania, in Michigan, in Nevada, in Arizona, in Wisconsin, in Minnesota, and Virginia should be nullified, thrown out. Actually, every state in the Union has these ballots on their books, except most states stopped the counting as election law demands.

Purposeful Actions Lead to a Dangerous State of Affairs

As a result of these purposeful actions, the nation has been thrust into a dangerous state of affairs. America is no longer tittering on the edge of tyranny and socialism; we are speeding headlong toward it because of this election. Not because of Joe Biden, per se, he is an incompetent old fool, but extremists orchestrating this coup – reactionary, revolutionary socialists. Their allies in the Reich Ministry and Deep State can pretend as they choose, but they know what occurred because they were part of it. To overthrow DJT, they are willing to destroy the most sacred of civic institutions – one man, one vote, and the election process to gain power. They may have gained the world but lost their soul and, in the process of this corruption, they are driving America and its people to a very dark place. They may be getting something they do not want at all, a very hostile, ungovernable population, something they are ill-prepared to deal with.

What they are seeking to do is install a dictator, Biden, who if installed, would be America’s first illegitimate “president,” a socialist dictator. Is there one among us who can argue otherwise? If allowed to stand, this election and perhaps the nation will have been stolen, our Republic toppled by inferior extremist beings. Biden will be swept aside at the first opportunity, and then their’ will – will be done – an open attempt to rule this nation by a dictatorship. Extremists like Thomas Friedman and John Brennan and Hillary Clinton, all sixties radicals, will have prevailed and established one-party rule, totalitarian rule over this nation. They will have fundamentally transformed this nation.

Radicals Attempt to Destroy the Electoral Process

The national socialist party, their operatives, and other nefarious actors carried out a massive attack using purposeful actions against the electoral process in hopes of driving Donald J. Trump and his political movement from power. If triumphant, they will have destroyed both the vote and the very concept based on the consent of the governed. Sadly, neither will matter in the future. These totalitarians have carried out a broad-based assault against the last remaining institution in which most American’s still believed in and trusted.

These degenerate socialists have stabbed her in the back; her blood flows freely, she is mortally wounded and struggling. ‘We the People’ have rallied to her side, but the question remains, whether the wound will be fatal and what will ‘We the People’ do based on that outcome.

Civil War at Hand?

Civil War has been bandied about; unfortunately, it may well be at hand. As for me, I will not be ruled by a corrupt, criminal socialist ruling class… I have had enough of their lying and criminality; if they are the future, then I will break, for I will not be ruled by tyrants.
