Once again, we are pleased to present the wisdom of Joseph D. Leatherwood in the article “The War We Are In – The End of the Republic.”
If you did not believe it before the election, by now, you must seriously entertain the notion your Republic is no more. The ideal of the American Republic, where the Constitution was the law of the land; the Rule of Law meant equal justice under the law; where Lady Liberty reigned throughout the land; and ‘We the People’ could rely on the government to protect and defend…that America no longer exists.
Lincoln warned about how the Republic might fall; Reagan warned the fall of liberty was but one generation away, and Trump demonstrated how radical socialism and its accompanying corruption had taken over our government.
In fact, DJT’s attempts to root out this corruption and criminality were a central reason why the Deep State (bureaucracy and political class) worked so hard and openly to subvert his policies and colluded with its political allies to overthrow his presidency.
The Fall of Our Republic
The color revolution, the permanent coup, was not a conspiracy theory, a figment of one’s imagination; it revealed itself through the subversion of the electoral system using massive voter fraud with the intent of taking over the government. This treachery, this act of war, is not finished as it now turns its greedy, corrupt, and dark vision of order on the nation.
In front of our own eyes, we witnessed the fall of our Republic to treasonous forces from within; we now observe Lady Liberty being systemically and institutionally muzzled and pacified; and we see the United States government, once an exemplar to the world, taken over by tyranny and corruption.
Washington, D.C., with its ruling and political class now ensconced in power, is little more than another third world government filled with potentates, each vying for their share of the pie and own self-interests. This coup has utterly exposed that there is no real difference between a Mitch McConnell or a Chuck Schumer; both are corrupt criminal socialists.
Our once great Republic, with its democratic ideals, has been overthrown, destroyed.
The War Against Our Republic and We the People
Under the tutelage, propaganda, and finances of the ruling and political class, the government openly warred against both the Republic [the ideal] and ‘We the People’, and they prevailed. Indeed, it is monumental that we observe the installation of a criminal reprobate as “President” placed in power illegitimately by the forces of government in the pursuit, not of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but in the pursuit of maintaining political power and position, institutionalizing socialist government, and enhancing its totalitarian powers.
Consider this objective is antithetical to the very essence of the Declaration of Independence, the American Revolution, and the Constitution. The Declaration was written, and a Revolution was fought to stand up to and throw off tyranny. The Constitution was a covenant with the people that gifted ‘We the People’ with self-governance as a Republic. It was written to guard against the rise of a tyrannical government.
Are ‘We the People’ now prepared to jettison these ideals to embrace socialism and the whims of moral narcissists, tyrants? After all, we have allowed this travesty to occur with little more than a shrug of the shoulders and a few protests. Where is the movement declaring a defense of the Revolution, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution? The Republican Party? Are we now more disposed to suffer rather than abolish these impositions and forms of governance that have evolved to undermine and subvert the consent of the governed? Are we prepared to live under collective slavery to the State?
Bishop Sheen warned the nation
“… whenever a civilization begins to die morally or spiritually, then there begins to appear vultures. Communism is a scavenger of decaying civilizations. It makes its way into a country and into a culture only when that culture begins rot from the inside.”[1]
Our Post-Constitutional Nation
This nation and its government are now secular humanists, socialists, and thoroughly post-modernists in their vision of order. The nation is a post-constitutional, post-Christian nation ruled by those reflecting the moral and spiritual decay of the culture, the rot from within.
The ruling and political class, along with bureaucratic allies, are vultures circling high above, flying in to scavenge off the nation’s carcass. Despite their wealth and power, this ruling and political class is ideologically totalitarian and managerially authoritarian. These cultural Marxists see socialism as a means to bring ‘We the People’ under control to pursue their State Capitalist (Communism) and mercantilist goals, e.g., what is euphemistically called Globalism.
When was the last time you heard a member of the ruling and political class calling for greater liberty? What we hear is they want to destroy private ownership of property and replace it with a better life under socialism? That is basically the World Economic Forum’s prescription for the future under their “Great Reset.” A better name for the World Economic Forum would be World Socialist Forum, for it knows nothing about economics. Instead, all we hear are these sirens of totalitarianism wailing for greater, more intrusive government [Statism].
Consider now what the National Socialist Party’s central planks were? They adopted the World Economic Forum’s slogan – Build, Back, Better. Build, Back, Better from what? American Nazis campaigned on stuffing the supreme court, admitting territories as states, nationalizing “healthcare,” instituting guaranteed minimum incomes, destroying your Second Amendment rights, murdering babies at will, and more statist socialist impositions.
The Seizure of Power Ends Our Republic
They seized power based on the promise to fundamentally transform the nation forever through continued subversion. Under these forces, the government, up and down the “federal system,” will become a gigantic and corrupt criminal enterprise. The massive socialist bureaus of Europe, Russia, and China must stand in awe at how elements of the U.S. federal system colluded to overthrow a sitting president, seize power, and take over the State.
The levers of power are now under monopoly control, one-party rule and the administrators of government are willing to use its instrumentalities against ‘We the People’ to impose draconian cultural, social, and economic impositions. Above all else, they see government as a means to empower and enrich themselves. The very concept of the consent of the governed is dismissed.
Under these totalitarians, the Constitution is but a word to be invoked when it serves their purpose; the Rule of Law is being re-imagined and dismantled; Lady Liberty is systemically shackled; and ‘We the People’ are under constant assault and surveillance for our views and actions. We hear these totalitarians call for tracking down “Trump supporters” and instituting re-education camps to force them to comply and conform. We see “activists” petitioning universities to rescind degrees and other awards because someone holds a view contrary to the moral narcissist’s view.
As a people, we see people attacked for speaking the truth or believing in the Constitution or expressing their belief in God. We have experienced the rise of a media – the Reich Ministry of Enlightenment and Propaganda – more concerned about maintaining and furthering a State-based narrative or some moral nihilistic vision of order than pursuing truth and real justice. The Reich Ministry is really a blending of what most people call the Mainstream Media with the policy impulses of the corrupt, criminal socialists administering the State.
This is not America, this is no longer a Republic, and democracy has died with the totalitarian boot on the throat of ‘We the People.’
Our New Rulers
We are being ruled over by a ruling and political class, that despite their wealth and hyper-bourgeois manners, wants even more power and wealth. They are ideological socialists bent on forcing ‘We the People’ to conform to their vision of order based on the reactionary Chinese Communist Party (CCP) model of State Capitalism and Mercantilism. This is confirmed by many of their pundits and acolytes, e.g., Thomas Friedman, Jennifer Rubin, Jake Tapper, Chuck Todd, etc.
We need only peek at the rise of technological tyranny to understand their plans for targeting ‘We the People.’ Farcebook, Twitter, and Google engineered and developed their methodologies by spying on the Chinese people for the communist Chinese government. The National Surveillance State and its methodologies are their invention, and they are quite willing to employ it now against the American people for the United States government.
What we have is a ruling and political class, including those in government, at all levels, following what can only be described as the Corrupt, Criminal Socialist Model. One of its leading exemplars is the corrupt reprobate installed as “president.” This model can also be called a variation of the CCP model where corruption rules and is used to co-opt targets into its web of criminality.
The model has been in the making for decades, indeed, centuries in the case of the CCP. In collusion between socialists and Republicans alike and under the guidance of the McConnells, Cornyns, Schumers, Feinsteins, Pelosis, et al., they have transformed government, at all levels, into little more than a giant criminal syndicate, a money-laundering system serving their self-interest. So proficient is this model, they now have a stranglehold on power and government, transforming it from governance by the consent of the governed to governance for the benefit of the ruling and political class.
Marxist Criminals and Liars
They campaign as “moderates,” as champions of the people, but then rule as the totalitarian, moral narcissist that they are. They build a career based on deception; continuing to get re-elected is central to the scheme. These corrupt, criminal socialists live off the taxpayer their entire lives; many have never held a job in the private sector. Still, fewer have ever created a job or signed the front of a paycheck. Most, like Jerry Nadler or Nancy Pelosi, are living out their youthful Marxist enthusiasms. Over that career, they perfect the mechanisms for selling their influence, vote, position, and power to the highest bidders to enrich themselves, their families, and their cronies. As noted earlier, the criminal reprobate installed as the new socialist-of-the-chair perfected this model and its application, as did his entire crime family.
The ideals of the Republic, the Constitution, the Rule of Law, Liberty, and ‘We the People’ be damned. The self-interest of the corrupt, criminal socialist becomes married to the institutional interest of the State, which is lethal to the Republic, the Rule of Law, and the taxpayers.
They have established through their behavior “… a long train of abuses and usurpations…” that evinces ‘We the People’ live under despotism. As a people, it is our “… duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards …” for our security.
Conclusion
It is time for a new Declaration of Independence from this corrupt, criminal government and its corrupt, criminal administrators. Our covenants, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution outline a Republic, not a criminal enterprise administered by crooked despots. We should topple those despots now in power for their wanton abuse of power, abdication of their duties, behavior unbecoming, and treason.
