United States Senate
Declaration of Grievance
United States Constitution Amendment I States in Part:
. . . and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Whereas it is desirable to encourage all citizens to follow the Constitution and its acts and laws, good government must exist because laws are validated by its citizens when that good state exists.
The United States today is governed by a tyrannical government represented, in the main, by two major political forces, effectively destroying ‘representative’ governance, and it must stop!
Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to seek constitutional remedy. It is not only their right, but their duty, to seek redress of their grievances.
Each United State citizen may elect to attest by their signature to Congress their Grievance that they and their posterity are no longer afforded the Blessings of Liberty set forth in the grand design of our Founding Fathers in the Constitution of the United States.
