King Obama has purposely and with malice of forethought precipitated a political and constitutional crisis. He has declared war on the American people and enlisted millions of illegal immigrants into his army. American citizens must respond by unleashing all of our legal and political dogs of war to defeat Obama’s wanton act of Constitutional sabotage.
Despite his repeated claims that he could not legally act without Congress on such a critical issue, Emperor Obama did just that on November 20. Despite the fact that he swore to uphold the Constitution and faithfully enforce the duly enacted laws of the United States, he did just the opposite by granting amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants on November 20. Despite the fact that he often promised to unite America, on November 20 Obama created a yawning chasm between its citizens who oppose this action and the millions of illegals who applaud it.
November 20, 2014. Another date which will live in infamy.
This is the real problem: The American people have the legal, moral and Constitutional right to decide who we invite to visit or live in our country. Congress has the duty to determine under which circumstances (rules & laws) immigrants can do so. Obama’s Executive Order, however, ripped away those rights from Americans and gave them to illegal aliens instead. Illegals can now decide when and how they come into the US. Illegals can now break our immigration laws wholesale and get rewarded with amnesty, work permits, driver’s licenses and welfare. These illegal aliens have no real connection with American history or culture. Sadly, that’s exactly what Obama and Democrats want: to fundamentally change America.
We Americans have no say in the matter anymore. That’s the real problem.
More outrage: Obama is using this immigration crisis to hide the fact that his Administration unlawfully paid a ransom to release Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl last year; he also released four al Qaeda GITMO prisoners over the strong objections of Congress this week. Surprise!
El Presidente Obama had the unmitigated gall to disguise his cynical political ploy by invoking scripture when justifying his treachery. If granting amnesty to millions of illegal aliens is what a Christian America should do, why did he delay this action until after the election? Jesus would not have waited. Does the Constitution stipulate a President can short circuit Congress if it doesn’t pass Bills he wants – when he wants them? We pray that SCOTUS gets involved in this outrage.
But House Republicans can’t wait for possible SCOTUS action. The Conservative Party urges them to resist Obama’s war on America by using the Power of the Purse to defund any and all activities related to this decree. Immediately. Senate Republicans must coordinate every budget item with the House to stop Obama’s agenda at every single turn. Except if needed for SCOTUS, not one Federal judge picked by Obama should be approved by the Senate. We must hinder and handicap Obama to make him a true lame duck in every sense of the word. Republicans must not be afraid of a government shutdown if warranted. Don’t fear blame for a shutdown, take credit for a shutdown.
Republicans must also write legislation that directly opposes Obama’s Executive Order. Make every Democrat vote up or down. Remember, most of them have to run in 2016. What say you Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren?
In light of Obama’s war on Americans and America, the Conservative Party demands that considerations of Impeachment and removal be placed back on the table. An impeached lame duck would look lovely sitting between a stuffed turkey and a honey-baked ham on next year’s Thanksgiving table.
